The perfect home, with massive, massive potential that I even enquired about buying when I first met the seller 😍

Buyers losing their own buyers, buyers losing their jobs, all valid and sad reasons for the previous sales collapsing 🤷‍♂️, we even had a 🤬 thinking that on the cusp of exchanging contracts, it was a good, moral and just reason to ask for £20k off the price…NO WAY 🤡…my sellers are not desperate thank goodness.

Again, we've found lovely buyers who've seen what I see in this property and its perfect size, huge potential and an awesome location to be a dream family home 🥰

Crossing all fingers and toes, praying and hoping that this time, my sellers achieve what we set out to and complete on its sale 🤞🙏🍀
